1978 Argosy Minuet 20' Exhibit "C"

1978 Argosy Minuet 20 Trailer "1978 ARGOSY, trailer is in excellent cond. for its age. trailer was prof. repainted about 5 years ago. It comes with A/C, stove, oven, furnace, water heater, awning, toilet, shower, two sinks, elec. ceiling fan, 30 amp univolt elec. system, backup lights, entrance light, front light cluster, elec. stove exh. fan, elec. brakes, t.v antenna, sanitary holding tank, two closets, and a bunch more other options.Trailer has original int. and carpet, cushions are a little worn but no rips or holes, curtans are functional but should probably be replaced, carpet is in excel. cond. but could use a good cleaning, ceiling panel above front window has a crack in it but is hardly noticable. trailer also has a 12 volt batt. system if you are not near any elec. hookups, also has its own built in charger. On the outside the paint is in exellent cond. with a few minor chips and minor surface rust on the rear bumper, all lights work in/out. Tires are in good cond. just installed a new light plug to hook up to vehicle. the only things it needs besides a good cleaning is the oven door handle, (and the stove top is pitted). Lost the key to open the outside furnace access and water access. Have all the original paperwork on all the accessories including the owners manual and the original window sticker."
