1998 Airstream Excella 1000 34' Travel Trailer
The trailer is a 34 foot, three axle trailer in prime condition. It is a wide body model. I have the original manuals and paperwork on all appliances and
extras that go with the trailer. It pulls like a dream with a 1/2 ton van or pickup (Please verify the specifications of your tow vehicle with the factory
specifications listed at the bottom). With my new 1 ton truck, you cannot tell it is there unless you look back.
The rear bedroom has a queen size bed with a full storage compartment under the bed. There are three drawers under the bed as well. There is a compartment
on either side of the bed that is designed as hanging space for short items like shirts or pants over hangers. We liked the large closet that is cedar lined.
The front couch is long enough to sleep our seven foot nephew. The couch folds down into a regular size bed. The dinette lowers to make a bed that is good for
one adult or two children. There is a very large drawer under the couch as well as storage under the couch arms. There is a dining table that folds up and will
seat three people on the couch to eat. With folding chairs it will seat six. There is a computer desk that open in front of the couch as well. In one of the
cabinets under the sink is a pantry drawer that will hold enough food to last a month. Another drawer is a trash can that lifts out. Under the dinette there
is a drawer under each bench. The seats lift up and you can place items behind the drawers. On the back of the dinette there is a rack I built for videos and
DVD's. I have a flat screen TV and a combination VHS/DVD player. It will record on VHS. This will go with the trailer.
There are 7 tires, six on the ground and a spare. All are new with replacement insurance at Discount Tire. The refrigerator is under warranty and the
air/heat pump is also under warranty. Everything in and on the trailer works like it should. We hard wired the unit for satellite and there in a connection
for cable and telephone as well as the built in antenna. There are no slides on this trailer. The design on this model has not changed in over 30 years.
There are twin 7.5 gallon propane tanks on the front tongue. There are awnings on all windows and the awning on front side is the full length of the trailer.
The drapes are new and the carpet is not stained. We have dogs but there is no sign of dog odor in the trailer. There is a load leveler hitch that also goes
with the trailer. There are other extras that I can point out if you come to see the unit.
I will deliver it to any location in the USA except HI or AK for the cost of fuel round trip.
